BAM 3M Arc Bending Machine for Upvc/PVC sections, can do bending like C, and U type all Upvc profiles through the setting of clamps in the machined bed, with the help of specialised mould.

The BAM-3MOH Upvc Arc Bending Machine comes with following features:

The machine comes with 3meter tank having Air heating provision to heat the profiles to soften them up.

Adopts Special Clamps to have greater grip over the mould to provide uniformity during profile bending.

Bending operation is carried out with a help of special mould designed as per profile.

5 Kw air Heaters with PTC control make the tank heated up-to suitable temperature for heating up the profile.

Sections up to 120mm width and 70mm height can bend with the requisite moulds and inserts.

A calibration gauge mounted on the rotating pin precisely positions the clamps to have accurate and uniform bending.
