Product Description

120mm Single Head Manual Welding Machine is designed to produce corner joints in window and door profiles. It can do 2mm welding without the need of compressed air.

Features and Functionality:

  This machine can do welding up-to a height of 120mm with standard welding burn-off as 6mm

  The table movements are made with smooth shaft guides operated by a hand lever.

  Two hand levers, one for support plate movement and other for heater plate movement enables the machine to complete all stage of work manually.

  A Timer and a Temperature controller enables the operator to set welding and melting time along with heater temperature for welding.

  Designed to be easy to use and simple to maintain, Safety clamp, two hand controls and with beeps for completion of each cycle.
