150mm Three Head Seamless V Welding is designed to produce corner, variable angle joints in window and door profiles. It can do both 2mm (Normal) &.2mm(Seamless) welding, the fixed head has butt weldingoptions as well whereas the central movable head has V welding option. The machine has 3600mm as maximum length for welding with both head operation.

This machine can do welding up-to a height of 155mm with standard welding burn-off as 6mm

All heads can be operated individually or in combination

Utilises support plates which are adoptable to bothmagnetics as well asT nut mounted welding blocksto allow quick removal and refitting.

No time-consuming hand wheel adjustments due to availability of pneumatics brakeson movable head which is activated by push button.

All movements are made with smooth linear bearings and hardened steel shafts.

Themovable head is positioned by manual means which moves on linear bearings.

LM guideways along with bearings gives free movements toheater plate for precisely aligned hassle-free welding. The mounting is designed in a user-friendly manner, having long life span.

The full size V heater supports welding of two frames simultaneously.

The V head clamps are operated with dual supported LM bearing and Guideways to avoid unevenness in V noses.

Middle V head allows simultaneous welding of 4 corners in 2 frames or combined 3 point welding with V.

Adjustable knifes are provided to switch between 2mm (Normal) & .2mm (Seamless) welding.

Designed to be easy to use and simple to maintain. Safety clamp, two hand control and individual pressor regulator for each head clamps.
