CCM 5T CNC Corner Cleaner: Machine comes with 2,0mmgroove knives mounted on servo axis (2-Nos) for surface grooving, (1-Nos) TCT Milling Blade for back side cleaning, (1-Nos) track cleaning tool for sliding frames, (1-Nos) milling bit to clean the gasket place. Tool control by easy programming in tabular form or by machining codes for each profile which are saved to internal memory with memory capacity up to 150 programs.Frame support table for uniform cleaning of all corners.

  2 Axis 2 servo Motor controlled by a motion controller on ethernet protocol provides full interpolations with acceptance of standard G & M codes.

  Automatically grooves both top and bottom by means of cleaning knifes (2mm or .2mm).

  The internal track cleaner tool cleans both top and bottom side of tracks of sliding frames.

  10-inchDigital Touch display allows for 'tweaking' of the programs for optimum finish. Programs can be tweaked by qualified or trained machine operators.

  Milling blade provides a superior finish due to more teeth and higher periphery speed when compared to conventional cutter sets.
