Manual Double Head Mitre Saw with 420mm dia., TCT saw blades, horizontal & vertical Pneumatic clamps, Profile middle support, max. cut length 3450mm.

Features and Functionality:

  Cuts PVC & Aluminium profile at 45-90 automatically and intermediate degrees by means of manual setting.

  Profile Cutting Capacity at 90 degrees is 145x250mm in curvature orientation.

  Profile Cutting Capacity at 45 degrees Is 145x180mm in curvature orientation.

  The left head of the machine is fixed and the right head moves on the basis of of bearing mounted on precise LM shafts.

  Moving head positioning by means of a pointer and measuring scale, the movement is carried out by hand pulling.

  1800 mm right head conveyor support along with automatically activated middle support for profile to avoid inaccuracies due to profile sagging.

  Easily adjustable blade cutting speed.
